1. General

Welcome to Resonic Customs. By placing an order, browsing our site, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Custom Orders

All our keyboards are made-to-order and designed based on your submitted preferences. Once production begins, all sales are final. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted after payment confirmation.

3. Warranty Coverage

• Customers must report any issues within the first week of use to be eligible for immediate replacement at no extra charge.
• Manufacturing defects are covered for the lifetime of the product and can be replaced at no cost, regardless of when they are reported.

Warranty does not cover:

• Water damage
• Physical damage such as drops, cracks, unauthorised modifications, or improper handling
• Any issue outside the scope of manufacturing defects

Any case outside manufacturing-related faults will void the warranty.

4. Payment Terms

A non-refundable design deposit is required to secure your build slot. The deposit covers design and rendering costs and will be offset against your final payment.

• Tier 1: $50
• Tier 2: $70
• Tier 3: $90

5. Forfeiture of Deposit

Your deposit and build slot will be forfeited if any of the following occur:

• No response to design updates or confirmation requests.
• Cancellation of the order.
• Refusal to proceed after design confirmation.

6. Order Collection

• Customers will be notified once their product is completed.
• Orders must be collected within 1 month of completion.
• Uncollected orders after 1 month will be forfeited.
• Exceptions will be granted only for valid reasons such as overseas travel, medical situations, or other serious circumstances, with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Designs created by Resonic Customs remain part of our creative portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise. You may not reproduce, resell, or claim credit for our designs, photos, or build concepts.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, modification, or third-party repairs. Resonic Customs will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our products.

9. Payment Methods

We accept payments through approved channels only. Unauthorized payment methods are not covered under warranty or refund policies. Full payment must be made before shipment or handover.

10. Final Decision

Resonic Customs reserves the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims, forfeitures, and exceptions. All resolutions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
