Warranty and Payment Policies

1. Warranty Coverage • Customers must report any issues within the first week of use to be eligible for immediate replacement at no extra charge. • Manufacturing defects are covered for the lifetime of the product and can be replaced at no cost, regardless of when they are reported. Warranty does not cover: • Water damage • Physical damage (e.g. drops, cracks, unauthorised modifications, improper handling) • Any case outside the scope of manufacturing defects will void the warranty. 2. Payment Terms • A non-refundable design deposit is required to secure your slot: Tier 1: $50 Tier 2: $70 Tier 3: $90 • The deposit covers initial design and rendering costs and will be offset against the final payment. 3. Forfeiture of Deposit Your deposit and slot will be forfeited under the following conditions: • No response to design updates or confirmation requests. • Cancellation of the order. • Refusal to proceed after design confirmation. 4. Order Collection • Once the product is completed, we will notify you. • Orders must be collected within 1 month of completion. • If uncollected after 1 month, the order will be forfeited. • Exceptions will be granted for valid reasons such as overseas travel, medical situations, or other serious circumstances. In such cases, we will hold the product for an agreed period. 5. Final Decision • We reserve the right to make the final determination on warranty claims, forfeiture, and exceptions.
