What payment options do you have?

We accept payments made via all major debit and credit cards.

How can I contact you for assistance with my order?

Drop us a text on WhatsApp and quote your order number. We will do our best to assist you.

Why am I getting charged more than the amount stated?

Yes, there is a non-refundable, additional platform fee of 3.5% charged per transaction for credit card payments.

Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery charges?

For purchases below S$120, there will be a delivery charge of S$4.50 per location.

Delivery is FREE for purchases of above S$120 to a single location.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be delivered straight to your doorstep by our local couriers within 2 to 5 working days.

How will I be notified if there are any changes to my delivery dates and timings?

Should there be any changes to your selected delivery dates and timings, we will contact you at least 1 working day in advance to notify you of the changes.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancel it.

Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Warranty Policy

We offer a 1-year assembly warranty on all our custom-built keyboards, covering any assembly or service-related defects.

This warranty does not include coverage for wear and tear, accidental damage such as cosmetic issues, water damage, drops, falls, or any collision damage caused by the user.
